在收货时发现短少。
现在的情况：1.在购买、发包裹时没有事先告知是子母件包裹，待客户签收时才发现问题，才来找客服询问。增加了不必要的麻烦。
2.客服在接到客户的诉求问题时没有积极去解决和向相关部门求证、查询。每次要客户来询问结果。
3.要解决问题时还要客户提供这样或那样的信息。为什么不积极向内部相关部门了解和请示上级。给客户带来不必要的麻烦和相关信息泄露的担心。
4.最关键的是：我这是送个朋友的礼物，礼物缺这缺那总不好。（上次购物也出现了物品短少的情况，真是碰巧了哈）
